Love this app, made such a difference on firestick.
Not as cluttered as Amazon launcher and much quicker.
Such a shame you canāt purchase the full version for the firestick, just keep getting error.
Can you have more thatnone Google profile? On the bottom it says switch profiles but when clicking it it says not installed. I bought the premium version hoping that was it. Asked on the reddit page and really didnāt get an answer.

I do have one question, I was setting up my favās which was fine.. until I wanted to move one of the apps out of fav category and move it into TV apps. The only options I find for move to other categories are Video, Music and Games. Anyone know how to do this. I was thinking of perhaps creating a category and moving all the apps in TV apps into the new category which would get round the problem, so jsut wanted to check that there is a way to move. Also if I moved all the apps out of TV Apps category, will I be able to delete it?

Go to the category settings wheel on the left of the screen, there is one for each category, go to the far left app and arrow left twice I believe. Hit okay, a pane will open on the right, up arrow and it will go to the bottom down there one or two spots up you will se manage apps or something like that. click it and all your apps will come up, now you can go down through therm and toggle them on or off for that category, so toggle it off, back button twice I think, then arrow down to the category you want to put that app in and do the same thing only toggle on. Back button twice.
This really shocked me, I never expected it but the Dev just posted this on Reddit. I wonder if it will last?
I havenāt tried it since I have everything how I like it and donāt want to rock the boat.

As itās been requested many times recently, I took the time and eventually managed to add Projectivy Launcher to the Amazon Appstore, with full support for premium features unlocking.
People using the Github version will need to backup their settings, uninstall their current version and replace it with the one from the Amazon Appstore.
Itās only been tested on my FireTv 4k max, but hopefully should work on other devices as well.
Yeah, this is shocking! Unfortunately, this wonāt last very long in the Amazon App Store as they donāt allow 3rd party launchers. Iām surprised it got through.
I think being in the official Amazon App Store opens up an interesting option for those that canāt use one of the exploits to set a new launcher. If you have the upgraded remote with customizable buttons, you could map one to Projectivy and use it as a home button replacement. I have Launcher Manager so havenāt tried but it should work.
It will be interesting to see how long it lasts. Do previous purchasers retain to an app if it is pulled from their App Store or it is gone for good?
Is there a link to a video to undo all the Projectivy changes I made and bring my fire TV cube back to the way it was before the projectivy changes were madeā¦I do not want to restore to factory.

I have ProjectIvy installed on a new Google/Android TV and it appears to be working fine. Can I now disable the TLC Home and use Projectivy exclusively? If I do will this create any problems? Many thanks for any help. My first post so sorry if this is in the wrong place,
On my BuzzTV6 box I didnāt need the Launcher Manager at all. I was able to install Projectivy and set it as default. No problems since.
I have a TCL TV with Google TV as the operating system. I have used Downloader to sideload apps, and everything works well. Do you think I am safe using Troyās āHow to Install Projectivy Launcher on Firestick/Android TV" on it to clean up the launcher? I was a little worried if it would screw up anything else on the TV?
I have a Google Streamer with Projectivity Launcher enabled and have had no problems up until today when I clicked on a message that always appears on the bottom of the screen when turning on about enabling. I clicked on this, and a green box appeared around every item I clicked on with an accompanying annoying voice. No matter what I tried I couldnāt disable this so decided to uninstall Projectivity and LM settings. It is now stuck in LM settings, in Developer Options and no matter what buttons I press, canāt get out of this screen. I have tried restarting the Streamer but it just comes back to this screen.
Have a look at your Accessibility options. You have txt to voice enabled. I donāt have the exact route in your device or app but thatās the direction you need to research.
After exhausting all options, the only way to clear the screen was to do a factory reset on the Google Streamer and now I have the task of reinstalling everything. I even tried changing out the Streamer for my FireTV Cube but still couldnāt get rid of the screen. I am thinking there may have been some sort of Trojan virus in the last update of Projectivity Launcher as that is where the problem stemmed from and I hadnāt added any new content since then and only ever load content through Troypoint.
Someone else had this same problem. Itās the accessibility options and a txt to voice setting. I donāt use projectivy but he found the accessibility options and turned it off. Fixed it right away.
I am using the ONN 4kPro and followed all the steps using the video. I loaded Projectivy and changed all settings per the video, but when I hit the home button on remote it still goes to the google home and not the projectivy home.
Suddenly my wallpaper is gone and I have a black screen. Anything I can do to fix. Thnks
