This is a great app. The only problem is when I resume a movie, sometimes I want to go back to the beginning and the app doesn’t ask to resume or go to the beginning. The setting ask is set, but app doesn’t ask the question. Am I overlooking something?

Soo confused I’ve been reading for hours and still can’t figure out how to get filmplus … can someone please shed some light

I’d hold off for a while. The latest update is a dog and you probably don’t want it. And this is from someone who’s used FilmPlus for the last 2 years!

I have a modded version of the latest FilmPlus v 1.5.7
I got it from the following site
Do a search for FilmPlus on their home page and then scroll down until you find the link with the blue background. I’ve had it for a few days but it’s just a backup for me. Definitely not my main app for Movies or series. This mod does work perfectly and you’ll find all the settings are there for you, including the option to use an external player. I use VLC.
Morning. I can’t find it anymore and will need a mod version to install today.

Recently bought the firestick 4k max but have been unable to download/install the Filmplus apk.
I have followed the instructions but filmplus V2.2.7r ( official ) will not download.
Am I doing something wrong ???

FilmPlus once a great app is nothing but a waste of time now. The number of ads, it’s opening broswers etc is just not acceptable. Pretty sure you spend more time trying to get to the series or movie than it takes to actually watch it.

Yes. Used Troy’s toolbox to download apk time no problem. But filmplus won’t download from there. Just stays on 0% then times out
I have to ask you have unknown sources most likely check this few there’s modded version or the official version I use the official version but there’s also go find the one that is in the new updates section I noticed a bunch of different categories in apktime also have you had Phil plus ever on there before because that’s what it’ll do if there’s one already on there cuz I had no problem downloading it from there
You can also try the app unlinked. If that situation happens there too then it’s something with your device try downloading something different to see if it’s taking something different you could always uninstall the right download anything I always before opening I check with the virus total but I APK is pretty good let me know what happens
I has filmplus on my old firestick. I bought a new 4K max firestick and loaded apps via troypoint. I have installed APKTIME and download apps from there but filmplus would not download. I uninstalled/reinstalled APKTIME but still no luck. Did a factory reset on the firestick, still could not download Filmplus.
I returned the firestick suspecting it was faulty, but the new replacement firestick still wont let me download filmplus.
I know filmplus is not perfect but I do not understand why it will not download ?
Yes it’s 2nd best to cinema go back to troys toolbox and load unlinked it’s right next to apktime . Then open unlinked and tpy code firetweaks. Then next find film Plus and download. Of course u know to give unlinked developer permissions and of course storage permissions now they did say there was a film plus 1.7 in the unlinked You’re going to get the newest one but you could check to see it might be the one that they were talking about in there beginning thread I believe it’s 1.6.7 so that’s the newest one also you can get send cinema too. Let me know quick thing when I first came to this awesome site six years ago people reached out and always helped. Sometimes watch a video is different than asking n replying sure you will do the same. Talk soon
Thanks for the info. I downloaded filmplus using unlinked, however, although the app seems to work, after selecting a stream nothing will play.
I have since uninstalled filmplus and went back to APKtime, which has now let me download and install film plus.
However, again all seems to work, but when selecting a movie or TV show, there a re multiple streams available but nothing will play. I have Bplayer installed also.
Think I will leave this one for now as I have Kodi installed and have lots of choices using various addons.

Yes film plus gets free streams but I have all 3 debris services. For some reason the last years updates only can use there player. When you had a choice like mx it was much better cinemas last update allows mx again so it’s my go to APK. I’m also a Kodi user so much more control with player, ,subs and settings. Fen pov absolution gives me everything. Stream on my friend

Interesting. I have FilmPlus installed on a 2nd gen Firestick, a 1st gen 4k stick, a firestick HD, and 1st and 2nd gen firestick 4k max devices. FilmPlus works fine on all of them (well, the ads are so obnoxious that it’s basically unusable without an ad blocker but otherwise works fine).
