So it sounds to me like you’ve disabled the Silk Browser which is the optimized browser for the Fire OS, Personally I loved it as I could add all sorts of “favourite” links to watch anything. I could download and install stuff. So if you’ve been overzealous in your disabling of apps and settings, I highly recommend starting from scratch, and researching the effects of the settings you are modifying, on your device, before disabling things. Things like the Fire Toolbox you are using, and say the TDUK debloat tool, take a bit of learning before rushing ahead and disabling or modifying settings that can result in issues similar to what you are experiencing.
