I have both. The Z12 Ultra was used for 2 weeks and then retired. My P6L 246 Ultimate works flawlessly. I think the P6 series will be like Nvidia Shield Pro, around for a loooong time.
Agree with @Miki we didn’t give the Formuler Z12 Ultra a good review.
Miki, will the PS6 allow you to link 2 Buzz BT remotes ?? If not, can you use a universal IR remote as a 2nd remote ?
I got the Z12 Ultra and use it as a backup to my Ugoos AM9. I had none of the freeze up problems reported by others but agree with Troy’s observations, particularly with the lack of AI picture upscaling. That said, I did observe that when HDR is enabled, there is a somewhat brighter image than the either the AM9 and my SK1. Did the Buzz PS6 ever get a firmware update to include AI picture upscaling? I sold mine so I wouldn’t know.

No the P6L does not have upscaling, but IMHO doesn’t need it with up to HDR10+ and if your TV upscales isn’t needed.
All I know is that I had the PS6 and AM9 both connected to my LG 65” B2 Oled and the AM9 projected a better, clearer, more detailed HDR10 image of 1080p streams with the AI and picture upscaling enabled on the AM9.
May be but on the 6 devices I have, and one being the Nvidia Shield Pro with upscaling, running any HDR videos on the P6L unlimited look every bit as good, and I’m fussy with picture quality. I should mention that My Samsung TV upscales the 1080 and I never watch anything less than that, nothing 720 and down. So now I’m wondering if the TV upscales the 1080 do I also need upscaling on my streamer?
Try doing the upscaling on both the tv and your streamer. I have both turned on with the AM9 and the picture is better with the setting on the box.

You bet. Like you, I’m a stickler for getting the best possible picture I can get.
The review was honest based on real use - I remember that Z11when launched had issues which were fixed with updates.
I played with a few Z12 Ultra when setting them up for friends and didn’t have any issues. These friends have 2023 / 2025 top brand OLED tv and don’t have any upscaling issues and love timeshift feature with Z12
