Formuler Z11 Pro Max Shipping + Customer Service Issues

I ordered a Z11 Pro Max 8 days ago now and have not gotten any shipping notification. A little annoying but the main issue is that their customer service is VERY bad. The instant chat is always “offline” and I get an error message every time I try to send an email through their site.

I want to cancel my order and just get this through Amazon but they are making it as difficult as possible.

Has anyone else had issues dealing directly through Formuler’s website and if you have ordered a product from them directly, how long did it take them to ship it?
