I was checking on a firestick for someone. And it’s stuck on the boot up screen. Any way to reset it to get past that screen

This should resolve most to all issues.
Unplug it from the power brick assuming your using house power and not the Tv’s hdmi port. And wait a minute and plug it back into a outlet. Or maybe you can press the left side of the ring and hold it along with the Menu button and the back button for 5 Seconds and release that is the factory reset. Hope one of these helps
