Can anyone help? My fire stick keeps shutting down and restarting over and over. If I leave it off for a few minutes I’m able to go back in then after a couple of minutes it will shut down and restart over and over.
When it shuts down does it feel hot to the touch?
No, I unplugged it and plugged it back in and still does the same thing.
If you have a different power brick try that or a different port on the Tv give that a try.

Hi. I had the same problem, all that was suggested didn’t work. I finally replaced the power supply unit and it hasn’t rebooted since. That’s the one plugged into the 240v PowerPoint. Match the specs as close as possible. Hope it works for you. Cheers.
Had the same problem with my fire stick 4k . Fixed the problem by changing the usb cable
