Maybe that’s my problem…using the ad-free version I don’t seem to get any good links anymore, even on content you’d think would be popular. Those that come in many times are in Spanish. I don’t use a debrid program so maybe that’s part of my problem too – although it didn’t use to be a probem a couple years ago when I’d get 15 links to choose from. Now I usually get 2-3 links or none at all. But my wife insists on having Netflix plus we have Prime and all the VOD from my iptv service. So I rarely have to go to one the other apps.
The latest update of film Plus contains some very stubborn ads.
Surfshark clean web does not remove them.
Already cleared cache for both, but this doesn’t work.
Is it recommended that I uninstall film Plus and reinstall latest version using downloader and the Troypoint guide?

I have an Amazon fire stick 4K 1st generation.
Recently, film Plus updated, and now there are stubborn ads associated with this application. I have remove cache from both film plus and so sharp, with the clean web feature. But the ads persist.
Given Amazon is blocking apks now, even though I have a 4K fire stick 1st gen, is it too risky to uninstall film Plus, with downloader, and then reinstall, using Troy point screenshot or video tutorials? But I don’t want to lose is the entire film Plus application because of these new restrictions.

Most of these APK’s like Film plus, cinema, Bee etc… suck, have ads and countless problems. I suggest learning how to install and maintain KODI or Stremio. Been around forever and 100% add free. Plenty of posts here to show you the way. Search is your friend

Actually I am happy with FilmPlus and generally speaking, have not encountered problems with it.
I use an unmoderated version.
I have tried KODI in the past.
My understanding is that Amazon is blocking streaming applications like Stremio on their latest Firesticks.
As noted, I have a Firestick Max 4k first generation, which may allow me to skirt the new restrictions.
Not going to uninstall FP and attempt new version at present. Surfshark clean web feature blocks most ads.

Actually, I think it’s Bear Player that’s the culprit. I was using Bear player with BeeTV also and getting these obnoxious ads. They have stopped since switching to BeeTV’s internal player (NPplayer).
I thought they were using their TV exclusively now. Can I go back to Bee TV? If so, what are the mechanics of doing that, combining film plus and Bee TV again? Any info or insight appreciating,

Just install BeeTV and in the settings, select “Use NPplayer”. You’ll need SurfShark and CleanWeb (or Blockada v4) to keep the ads at bay. Real-Debrid is also recommended although the functioning with BeeTV isn’t as good as with some other apps.
