Film Plus TV streams down

i agree i stopped using it better apps around

Not in the last couple of days - got an update late last week. Everything works for me (including the obnoxious ads)!

Yes, it is working fine for me. There was an update a few days ago.

Two questions:

Do you have Bee player installed? For whatever reason, Film+ needs it to function, or to perform better.

I have been unable to update the player for quite a while, though this has not interfered with film plus running smoothly. When the dialog box pops up in film plus asking if I want to update be player I simply hit cancel or no and it doesnā€™t seem to be a problem.

The other question is whether you have a VPN. Specifically, whether you have Surfshark, which I purchased through Troy point some time ago.

You probably already know this, but surfshark in particular has a feature that allows you to block pop-up ads in film plus. All you have to do is slide the button over to activate it.

Parenthetically, I am not an it specialist, nor am I and it done, but I find surfshark to be both cheap to purchase, and very, very easy and effective to use. I highly recommend the product.

Let me know if you have further questions,

M.

Ty everyone for the info everyone =)

@Grumpyolddog The latest f plus is 2.1.9, two versions, you have to use their player as mentioned in the other replies. Maybe uninstall the one you have and try it, if you have the old one in favorites delete it. I always exit and shut off device for a few minutes before trying any new installs.

I tested TDUKā€™s encrypted DNS on an Onn, when I did I switched to the official release of Film Plus (from the mod version).

TDUKā€™s app did block ads, so I continued with it, in fact I went to the official versions of a couple other apps.

The reason I mention this is that the official updates regularly and always prompts me. Itā€™s worked well for a long time. I havenā€™t had any issues but did with the mod versions.

I reinstall Bplayer and itā€™s working now. Ty for the help :upside_down_face:

Good to hear.

BeePlayer no longer updates for me, for some reason.

This does not appear to interfere with the proper function of film Plus.

Simply hit cancel when dialog box asks if I would like to update BeePlayer, and proceed do you access film plus content.

By the way, to my knowledge, the film plus updates that appear occasionally seem to work, though I have not confirmed this.

Happy holidays,

M.

It was doing that for me a couple of days ago. Back to normal now.

As long as it works I donā€™t care.

Took me a long time to learn with IT as in life, if it ainā€™t broke, donā€™t fix it.

Happy holidays,

M. :v::gift:
