Hello. I recently Signed up for a Strong 8K. Im having problems with the EPG. Amber baby sent me two to download but they keep failing. Im using Smarters pro with the Onn TV box. Can anyone help with this issue. I have just USA channels. It’s not working on any of them. Thank you for your help.

If you are using a VPN, try changing cities or countries, if it’s SurfShark, also try turning off Clean Web….
A VPN should have nothing to do with your EPG performance. I have Strong and there are some holes in the EPG. I paid $7 for myEPG and it greatly enhanced the Strong EPG They have a 24 hour free trial as well. I do not use a VPN

I agree, I’m having the same issue epg did work but not anymore. I tried turning off clean web and turning vpn off. It says in the smarters settings that my epg is on and updated but there is none. Rather not pay for an epg just curious why it no longer works at all,
