Stremio upgrades 1.9.x are all a bust. Uninstall Stremio then reinstall version 1.6.12 (stable) using Downloader code 259421.
When/If Stremio gets their act together, we can consider upgrading.
Perfect time to explore Nuvio, STRMR and others. Stremio’s sloppy upgrades are hurtful to their brand IMHO

I stopped upgrading a few upgrades ago when I saw all the Legends of Streaming having issues with it. I’ll not upgrade until forced.

For those of you who have Stremio with a calendar, can you only show 3 programs on a given day? I know I have four shows on Monday, but only three show up. I’m guessing that’s the max.
I have 37 series in my library. My library is set up in a grid. On the poster for the series with a new release is a white card in the top right corner with a number in it. That number shows how many episodes I haven’t watched. Once I watch an episode it reduces the number shown. So if I have a series with three episodes I haven’t watched then the corresponding poster shows a white card with 3 in it and if I then watch two and don’t watch the last episode then the number 1 appears in the white card. Not sure about a calendar in Stremio I’ve honestly never seen one. Nuvio yes but not Stremio.

No … it does not
Stremio library and watched episodes are stored in the cloud. When you log back in all your settings and library, etc. load up where you left off

I am not getting anything on stremio. I tried uninstalling and re-installing 1.6.12 as suggested by bigdave. No luck. If you are getting stremio as usual, I would sure like to know the secret. Thx

Yes, I have that as well…what I’m talking about is the calendar I have in my Windows Stremio. It shows every day of the week and what shows are on in each day. But, I only see three shows in a given day, while I may have four shows in my library that run on that day. (if that makes sense) My Shield Stremio doesn’t have a calendar and so, like you, I can see the amount of new episodes on the poster..
Some clarity needed, stremio is working as usual on the Buzz box (miki) and firesticks (gumboil) but not on my onn pro. Are we saying it’s a hardware problem? I’m using addon’s torrentio and comet w/rd. Is there a fix for stremio

Thank you! I have always kept up with kodi and again it is my #1 streaming app. I basically keep up with this msg board, so when I start reading that stremio has been fixed, I might try it again. Thanks again for the reply.

So I guess what I am confused about is who is having the problems with stremio, is it just us with onn boxes. why is stremio ok with some boxes and not others, why is the Fix working for some people and not others. I have 4 onn pro boxes and stremio is not working on any of them. Is there people out there with onn pro box that stremio IS working. Can anyone explain this? Thanks in advance. I know I am not the only one that is having problems with stremio, but I would like to narrow down what the root of the problem is and why is it sporadic. Did I miss something in the messages, if so, please enlighten me. Also, stremio is working gine on my TCL Google TV. Go figure

The 1.9.x updates have been a total headache, constant crashing and UI lag that just wasn’t there before. I actually rolled back to 1.6.12 on my Firestick last night using your Downloader code and it’s night and day. Smooth as butter again. I’ve heard good things about Nuvio lately too, so might be time for a backup plan while Stremio irons out the bugs.

I haven’t noticed any improvement or decline in Stremio since updating from 1.6.x.to 1.8.x to 1.9.x. Everything worked great on 1.5.x and I still have that version of the app on my storage drive.
Might just try going back to that.
