I threw my box away but kept the remote. How do I pair it with my Onn player. Thank you for any help.
Did you try to get a refund? Im still “negotiating” but i think its a lost cause witg these crooks.

Yeah I had major pushback and at first was offered a 0.00 refund. I could care less about the $11 bucks but that pissed me off that they would knowingly market a piece of shi$ box and have the gall to defend it. I told the seller I would not stop at exposing their scam to Alibaba if I wasn’t refunded. They caved

I would like to use the remote, but I don’t know how to pair it.
Watching a game right now but it should be in settings under devices and then paring bluetooth.
Havent done it in a while.
It may depend on the instructions of the box and not the remote to pair it. To pair my 4K Maxx remote to my never Shield Pro it was very tricky.
The pairing mode is pressing the left and right side of the white circle at the same time.
I tried to pair it to my tv after the onn but ran into issues. I’ll stick with stock.
Not a big fan of switching remotes unless necessary. But thats just me.
I have had time to do side by side compare the TX 10 remote and Ali Express for G 7 remote.
They are very similar but not identical
Both have the same comfortable rounded edge case.
Both have the mouse button. The print on the buttons are slightly different.
The TX 10 remote pairs with right and left direction buttons simultaneously pressed and the paired name is UTC BT RCU
The G7 remote pairs with the OK and Volume Down button pressed. The paired name of the G7 Remote is MG4.
I have used the G7 remote successfully a few months and find it compatible with most android boxes including the ONN Pro and Mecool
Right now I have the Tx10 remote and G7 remote paired with the same Onn Pro and they work fine…

I officially gave up trying to get my refund. They won the sale but lost a customer.
So i left a horrible review of both the seller and the product.
Its up to Alibyebye to handle it from there.

I only buy processors AMLOGIC S905W4 that to me are the best in the Market for the android super fast box
8k 1000m ethernet 4gb ram 64gb rom and to work super fast I use TIMATE

Hey guys if anyone is still looking for a cheap non certified box, check the link below, i have one and installed slimbox android tv rom on it and it works great. Only 64gb storage but still worth it. On sale at the moment too.
