This is all I get no matter how many times I have installed, uninstalled, clean installed, and various other tries. Real-Debrid works good on all my other streamers Twilight, FEN, SEREN and others. But, for some reason the crew gives me this, what you’re seeing on the screen right now. Every TV show and movie option is the same set up. Please does anybody have any ideas what’s happening? I did try and search for the crew that has this problem and all the topics I can fine we’re in 23 and 22 but they had nothing to do with this mess, thank you very kindly have a very blessed day or night

There is a great video on setting up Crew. It goes into great detail you should be able to find it with a search.
I don’t use Kodi. But, here’s the Crew setup video. Found it using search feature. Hope it helps. Video link near bottom of message.

The Crew was my go to Addon for at least 2 years and ran flawless without issues. It may still be that way but I switched to Umbrella many months ago because IMO it is better and the Coco scrapers make it extremely fast. That is the great thing about KODI. There are so many choices be it a Build or Addon. If you want to check out Umbrella here you go

I could be wrong here, but I think there is a setting that you can change that brings up movies and TV shows in a list instead of Marquee style or whatever that is called. I am not at my TV right now, so I cannot check it at this time. I will check later and see if I can find the setting, if it exists. It could be under the options at the bottom of your screen shot.
As @Dminor9 mentioned, you seemed to have changed your view setting to Thumbnail.
Go to Options and change to your preferred view.
