The Build I use I only have to Authorize RD 1 time but it sounds like you are not using a Build. If that is the case then yes you will need to authorize RD and Trakt in each of the Addons you want to use

There’s a few good builds. I am biased because I’ve been using Grindhouse Builds for over 5 Years and their Builds have the Crew and Homelander. whatever Build you want to use I’d recommend uninstalling your current Addons (Crew, Homelander) Here is a link to install the Grindhouse wizard. From there you have at least a dozen Builds to choose from. They are mostly the same as far as Addons just different Skins/Artwork. I use the Cityscapes Build for 21. Only need to Authorize RD once in System - Resolve URL. Aithorize Trakt in each addon you want to use

There are a few different builds to chose.
The Account Manager manages your Debrid and Trakt accounts. One stop set up. Even starts to remind you 2 weeks before your debrid account expires.
Here are some screen shots of the Account Manager. You can download on your own from 7of9 repo but i dont know the set up process.

Thanks Mark ever since I installed Kodi on the Walmart onn I could never get real debrid streams at all no streams on crew. But with your advice I was able to reauthorize real debrid account. Went into tools and then under Universal resolvers 2 because there is another resolvers too not with universal in front of it. But universal resolvers 2 and then scroll down right below premiumize me is Real-Debrid and the code came up and I went to my real debrid account and entered that code and bingo thanks so much came here and read your info. Some people might not know but the tools is in the Crew. I’ve been using cinema and Tea Tv The TTV worked the best but was not giving me Debrid links, films plus I got tired of the ads. Cinema had no streams for a series I watch but had a lot of movie links. On my Fire Stick Max 2 gen. Still have my old fire TV box working a year after came out kind of slow though. But still use nightly along with the game controller for using headphones for somebody here because I guess they don’t want to use Bluetooth. I like how Amazon doesn’t allow you to use that game controller with any new device so they get you to buy the new controller I turn off my Wi-Fi at night so I can sleep and have the box wired. Anyways sorry to ramble a bit but thanks so much again Mark have a great day.

Im using Surfshark RD and turning up no streams available
This is my reply to Mark it works most of the links are for Torrent links that go to Debrid and then stream to your stick. I tried it on my Walmart ONN and it works. I had to do a new install, Kodi 21 and also did Troy Fork. Have RealDebrid and Surfshark.
Using The Crew as well as Elementum, on Kodi, I get no streams available, even though I see plenty of seeders, on the Troy Fork I get Playback failed - one or more items failed to play. Check log for more information about this message. I even tried it with Surfshark turned off, still same messages. 
I tested on the Crew version 2.0.6 and its working for me.
Maybe check to make sure you authorized Real Debrid for The Crew.
Switched over from The Crew to Umbrella mainly because of the Blazing Speed with Umbrella but just tested a few shows on The Crew. Working Perfect. Check your RD Sub to make sure you haven’t run out of days

Thanks all. Yes, my debrid subscription expired was the issue. It can be perplexing as when you install add ons you get approved for (re)activations, leading you to believe your subscription is still good.

RD won’t notify you when your sub has expired. It’s all good. After uninstalling and reinstalling everything more than once only to find out my RD sub has expired I now create calendar appointments a few days before I run out.
Yes what is frustrating is debrid allows you to keep logging into add add-ons so you think all is good. Spent a lot of time uninstalling and reinstalling.
I did the same in set my calendar to remind me to renew

If you read the posts above i recommend Account Manager from 709 repo. It reminds me of RD expiring at every kodi start up from 14 days left until i renew.
And it consolidates all my addon authoritarians for rd and trakt.
