Cannot connect to repository

I am unable to install any builds on my Nvidia shield. I have had no problems in the padt but now each build I try says “cannot connect to repository.” Its not a vpn issue, no internet problems, I have allowed unknown sources. I can’t understand what I am doing wrong. Please help!
