Try Onn Box from Google. Walmart have them. They work great and under $30.00
I have the Onn 4k pro, Nvidia shield pro and the Nvidia , hands down lasts longer than the Onn 4k pro,as I am disabled and confined to a bed,I have the TV on 24hrs a day, 7 days a week and the Onn box will die much sooner than Nvidia, about 4 to 1, as I’m on my 4th Onn box but still have the Nvidia pro still! The Onn is much slower and has issues unless you have a good wifi or corded.
Thanks for the update. I’ll try one out.

I think the biggest issues i have with all these other devices is things like netflix and other streaming companies. I get 3 services for free so I do want to use them
The Onn 4k Plus outperforms the Firestick 4k Max. For $30 you can not beat it. I saw a mention about Apple tv, that for any apps we’ve all been using with any IPTV services is an absolute no no since you can only use a small amount of apps for IPTV apps on apple devices like Myonlinetv+, Smarters lite to sum it up.
Formuler Z11 Pro Max is also up there with the Nvidia Shield that is also more money, but very good video chips and built in memory as well. They both have a wired 1 gig port plus USB 3 prot plus micro SD card slot.
If you want to take your time, order the Onn 4k Plus from Walmart for $30, it will the best surprise for an inexpensive 4k Android streaming device by far. Plus there is the Apps only mode that gets rid of all the background garbage on homepage. Plus you can literally delete all apps except Netflix and YouTube.
Then you have a perfect Firestick killer device while you take you time picking out a higher end device, if you even do that after using the Onn 4k Plus…
Also, the Chipset in the Plus is better than the Pro.
Hi all,
I originally went with the Onn 4k Pro/plus and hated the remote.
I ended up switching to the Google TV Streamer. Much nicer feel in the hand expecially in the dark.
They are normally $99 but I managed to score a 20% discount and I’m very happy.
I would suggest trying BUZZ TV and their androids are the best on the market. They have several boxes to choose from and I have the BUZZ TV Box e5 and I’ve been with them for over 5 years now.
Did you have to put the patch in the router and the one
I bought a onn but it still buffers I have to find a new
Person for my shows I don’t know if I can talk about
Who provides the Iptv or not I am so confused do you
Where I can find answers please thank you
If you become a patron you can discuss IPTV services in the private IPTV category and get recommendations. Buffering is a tough thing to figure out and fix, but if you use the search here you can find many suggestions that could help you.
Hi raven41951,
I bought the Onn 4K Plus but had to take it back as it wasn’t compatible with my WiFi security (Mesh 2.4 Ghz, 5 Ghhz, 6 Ghz using same network name). 2.4/5 Ghz using WPA2/WPA3 Personal & 6 Ghz using WPA3. I could see my SSID but could never connect.
Seeing you mention an OTG cable and UGreen adapter works, what OTG cable and UGreen USB Ethernet adapter do you recommend? I don’t have the need to record so the Plus fits the bill.
Thanks!
I have had the Shield pro for about 5 years and really has not had any real issues. The way I see it if we are doing what we do then Buy once, cry once is the way I am going and don’t look back. The shield is more expensive than most but has so much more to offer. When mine finally dies I will be buying a new Shield pro. Hope they come out with an updated one since these are getting long in the tooth. just my 2 cents. Good luck!
I have Shield TV as my primary device and ONN Pro for my backup. If you buy them right you can still be under $200. If I travel somewhere the ONN goes into my suitcase. If you use the Projectivy launcher the interface is identical.
Totally agree. Have used the Buzz TV 5 for well over a year, and love it. Great IPTV host as well!
I absolutely love my BuzzTV P6L Ultimate. Especially the 64 bit apps I can use and over the top amount of RAM and Storage, although I still prefer TiVimate for my IPTV.
See when one really looks at it, I am not sure you can.
4k Pro 50
TV Service 40 and if you have back up 70
Tivimate premium 35
RD 40
VPN 30
So you are say 225 with back up service. Vsee 3Plus is usually had for 250
Granted the following year your cost drops to 140 a year.
So honestly those loaded boxes are a good deal comparing the alternatives.
Drawback is you never know if they will just quit working. But I have seen some that had them going for 5 or 6 years. 5 years ago the 250 box of today was probably well under 200
Sorry nobody will ever convince me these loaded boxes make sense. This is the Insider and we have all the knowledge at our disposal here. This hobby spins fast and stuff on those loaded boxes break. I’ve got a $50 ONN box, RD, internet, and a very well hidden invite only IPTV service for about $60/year..
Looking at it from just an economical view, the number don’t lie.
My post showed.
First year Onn 225 Vsee 329 ( I changed the Vsee to MAP)
year 2 Onn 140 Vsee 0
year 3 Onn 140 Vsee 0
Year 4 Onn 140 Vsee 0
4 years Onn 645 Vsee 329
even if we add a vpn to the Vsee we are only 449
Costs of the services for the Onn I kept the same and we know that would not be the real world case.
Not sure what breaks on those boxes, maybe if it has an antenna it could get broke, if it is the apps, I don’t see much if any of that happening.
What is seen the most and I think it is a crappy way to do business, but if a seller advertises below MAP and the company sees it and buys a box from them at that price the company will brick the whole case of them until the seller pays the company a fine.
As I say just looking it from a numbers and bottom line those boxes are a better deal.
We are getting way off topic here everyone. This isn’t about cost of services that vary widely, this is specifically about a new streaming device. So lets get back on track please.
