What settings are you using on Surfshark to get 4KliveIPTV to work properly? It will not work for me when the VPN is on.
My original subscription was 2-year, $60 plus.
Renewal is coming up soon.
Should I simply renew, or let surfshark lapse, and subscribe with the new troypoint discount (7¢ a day, 87% discount annually I assume, and 4 free months)?
Is it possible to do this?
Any info or insight greatly appreciated,

- Go to the surfshark website.
- Login to you account.
- Go to Troypoint offer link [CLAIM Offer]
- Redirects back to Surfshark site, you should be logged in already, choose GET STARTER.
- It will add pkg and rollover to payment page to check out.
My sub was ending in Dec 2024. I added the 24+4 in November and checked out like a described above.
It stacked my leftover month, giving me 24+4+1.

My sub is good until late next year but there seems to be many questions that pop up over this renewal issue. And this a great way to help someone lost on the procedure. Too bad we canât make this a sticky (tab?), so that we can easily direct people to this.
Itâs people, and stuff like this, that makes the Insider so valuable and great.

The easiest way to renew is get them on live chat. They know their product and how to retain you as a customer. Anything as shown you purchase will just be added onto your current subscription. Tell them about promotions and they may even do one better, they have for me, twice. Donât email them ever. Live chat, for any issue or assistance

You donât need to cancel at all. You need to get on their live chat and they will extend your subscription by the best promotion they possible can, or will.

i took a trial with surfshark i had it 2x before for a week each time, that was a while ago ,so i thought i would give it another try, i just tried to cancel and get a refund ,they said i had 30 days. they told me because i cancelled 2x that my limit is up and there is nothing they can do about it . Now iâm stuck for 2 years with this useless program and they said there is nothing they can do about, any one have a suggestion or an answer.

Iâm surprised I love the VPN. Maybe u can sale ur subscription. Theyallow you to share it.
I have a Citi card which offers Virtual Numbers that are Temporary. I use those for all subscription apps. They canât charge it for renewal if there is no card. 
I used Paypal the last subscription. This totally removes their ability to renew the subscription without my payment and consent.
This is not a renewal issue.
@barry728 signed up and decided to cancel within 30 days (within the right to cancel) but SurfShark is not cancelling for the reason as posted.
@barry728 - try this - tell them each time you tried their service to see if it meets your requirement, it doesnât and for that reason you are with in your right to cancel - send copy to your credit card company. Maybe that will get them to refund
