Gonna give it a go. Just recently got a very stern warning email from RD, that i was a very bad boy using them in 2 different ipās . They actually suspended me temporarily, till I aplogized profusely and told em it was a mistake. Theyāre a pain in my ya know !!! Does this mean I canāt setup an Onn box temporarily at my house for friends and then transfer it to their houses as a permanent location if I use Real Debrid ?
You canāt stream at same time from different ip addresses.

Not talking about simultaneous streaming from different IP address. I have non-technical friends that would like an Onn 4k Plus with Stremio, IPTV, VPN and other apps. Iād like to set it up, load apps, link to RD, etc. at my house and then give it to them ready to go. Didnāt know if I activate Real Debrid at my house using THEIR Real Debrid account, whether it will lock to my IP address and then not work at the friends houses.
Simply activate Real Debrid at their house and you are good to go. Nothing to worry about. All bases covered. I donāt know why it would be a problem to activate RD at their house.
Itās no problem to set up the box at your house and then give it to them. As long as that account isnāt being used to stream content at the same time from different IP addresses, youāre fine.

No worries, like it was said, the only rule they have is to stream from one IP at a time. The one thing your friends have to watch out for is if they have devices that can seamlessly switch from wifi to mobile data at home in case of an outage for example. The sudden change will be seen as two IPs at the same time for a second and can cause a ban.
Also recently they added a system where paying with the same card for multiple accounts in a row can lead to a ban. So depending on how many people you plan to set it up for, it would probably be best to split the account creation and payment process up over a few days so it doesnāt trigger RDās system.
Thanks. Only going to setups for 4 friends. 2 live 5 hours away and I want to setup and checkout everything before mailing. Iāll have each one purchase Real Debrid license themselves and just send me the info for activation.
You could just get 1 Torbox account and share it. You can have simultaneous connections at same time. As mentioned by Troypoint, Real Debrid is willing to give up your information to authorities. Personally, I am done with Real Debrid.

I have payed for several Real Debrid accounts using Privacy virtual card. Previously I was using Amazon Pay. All the accounts were payed at different times.
Troy, I installed it on Umbrella and it seems to give as many links as Real Debrid. However, I use FEN mainly and sometimes The Crew. How do i get it to work on FEN and then The Crew? Appreciate your help.
Crew itās under universal resolvers 3 in settings and Fen doesnāt work with Torbox. Fenlight AM works with Torbox.

There are other forums such as Reddit that have a lot of disappointed users of Torbox. But then there are a lot of people who really like it. Iām a diehard user of RD and until they fold Iāll stick with them. My use is very basic and I donāt do what a lot others do with their programs. I have yet come across too many issues with my IPTV service or Kodi or Syncler or even Stremio. If one doesnāt work I switch to another that does. I think most people go to TorBox because of their policy on logs whereas RD is still fighting with the French govt

Another huge difference is Torbox wonāt ban your account if you share your account with a family member.

TorBox is new and works well for me. I think for Christmas, I give my family members a loaded 4K pro and let them watch everything available too.

I setup separate Stremio accounts for my family members. Then used same Torbox API key for all their Stremio accounts. Bye Bye RD!
