Most of my apps have disappeared from the homepage of one of my Firestick 4K devices. They are still showing and working from manGe applications but how do I get them back to my homepage?
Hello @Dingo go to page that shows all apps. Highlight one you want to move. Hold down on select button for a few seconds and then use arrows to move it to top row. Click select button again to drop it into place. Thanks for being a Patron by the way!
The only place they show up is in manage applications
What about the shortcut to the left of Gear icon on home screen of Fire TV? That should take you to the page that shows all apps. If nothing is there, try rebooting your device. If still not there, you may want to do a factory reset.
It looks like a factory reset is in my future. Nothing shows up on the app page when accessed from the shortcut next to the gear icon but I can see and use them all from the settings button for Manage Applications.
Please review this for all firestick issues and guides, if the following hasn’t worked feel free to ask.
This should resolve most to all issues.

There is an older guide in there for missing icons. The latest update for firetv fixed this supposedly. Check for updates.
Have you also tried rebooting?
If you don’t want to do a complete factory reset you can go to Amazon.com and get the Apps - Loader shortcut for Fire TV . See if that fixes the seemingly broken apps association.
Thank you all. I’ll try all of the suggested methods and I’ll do a factory reset and reinstall all apps if necessary. It’s only occurring on 1 of 3 Firesticks.
I found if you open an apk.
It will then show up as one of the ten icons on the “Your Apps & Channels”.
You can then right select, click move and then place it in the top most row of six icons and it will then be shown on your home screen.
