Just read the Kodi install by Troy (Supercharge Kodi Guide) and when I go to Downloader and use the 444801 code to download a zip file install for Kodi, I am getting:
net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
When I log in on my desktop I can download a zip file /mfcjn5.zip from this same address.
I have used Kodi for some time and never used this install before and it works fine, I was just trying to enhance my system by actually following the instructions. Any idea what I am doing wrong? Maybe I missed something in Downloader?
Sorry, just found under the instructions for the addon Elementum that you need to turn off the vpn, did that and it works fine. Did not mention that in the Kodi setup instructions. Again sorry for the bother,

Downloader works best without the VPN.
