XtremeHD EPG issue…

Just got off a chat sesh with these guys as I’m having an issue that just started a few days ago.
The issue is that (as of a few days ago) a lot of my EPG guide’s showing “No Information” that were showing the channel info just a few days ago…
These are common USA channels like TMC, Discovery, HGTV, (and many others) that were populating fine just days ago.
Of course, their reply is that not all channels will be populated and I understand, but what I don’t get is how these channels pupulated properly just a few days ago and now they don’t!
Anyone else having EPG issues with
XTremeHD and USA channels? Just curious and thanks in advance. PS: Love this group! :blush::call_me_hand:

Yes I’m having the same problem,And I got a bonehead response. There’s an email address to step up your complaint and they usually take care of it. I’ll research it if I need to after my response comes back the second time and I’ll get back at you.

That was always one of my annoyances with most iptv services,the lack of a working epg.When you find a service with solid epg don’t cancel lol

I was with trends for over a year and never had that problem. They’re identical to extreme HD I’ll see what happens. POS Google talk type isn’t very good.

Extreme HD just got back to me, a lot better response they’re trying to fix it asap. Yeah you get some of these rookies I guess on graveyard and they think they can just tell you anything and you go away, I don’t go away I get that a**!

Did your EPG populate after update? All my channels repopulated after an update however I only have like five or six in my favorites category.

I had that on 2 of my providers also and contacted them and it was fixed by the following morning. Either they are clones from the same main supplier or the EPG source they use is shared.

Is there a way to use a different EPG from a different service that is subscribed to? I have a similar issue with a service. I subscribe to 2 services (good to have a backup) and the 2nd one’s EPG is flawless.

you can with tivimate.go into playlists and add the epg from the flawless one to the not so flawless one.you may have to manually assign some channels too.

Extreme HD EPG is down per the provider!

I have noticed the same on tivimate and buzztv player. I have spent 45 minutes resetting, rebooting, nothing is working, but I can still watch tv.

Xtreme HD EPG backup for me!

I don’t have XtremeHD, however, my provider must use the same service as my EPG was down yesterday too. It’s all good now. :blush:
