XTreme TV IPTV not taking credit card

Apparently XTreme not taking credit cards , I tried 3 different ones, declined! Sent tickets and received different responses, one being that they’re not sure why it’s not taking them. They also have a special if you subscribe with bitcoin. Is anyone else having these issues? Thanks
