I have an error stating md5 checksum failed for file: 4.10.2710.0-win-x86_64.dll on the newest xenon burst. Did a fresh install of Kodi & build but same error, Install is on Win10 PC.

Win 10 is 9 yrs old. The Dynamic Link Library that failed may not be meant for that old a version. May have to try an older Xenon or update Windoze. Just a guess on my part.

I also upgraded my Win11 laptop this morning and it’s the same issue. Of course I didn’t check that app before doing my main PC 
UPDATE: from a clean Kodi 2.4 install and putting only Paramount+ I am getting the failed MD5 error. Could the Slyguy repo be the culprit?
I suspect so as that indicates that the original file has been modified and not passing the check because of that. Can you download the file from another repo?

I got it from Index of /.repo/ which is the github official slyguy repo site. I found the owner of the app on Twitter and messaged him, hopefully I’ll get an answer.
Good on you. Most Devs do answer. Let us know what he said. I’m curious as to his response and solution. Tx for letting me know.

So without plethora of information he stated there was agithub error that had been fixed. I forced an update on Xenon, sluyguy common updated and all works normally.
That figures. As I mentioned the error you were getting was because the original code had been altered and so it was failing the checksum which is sorta a security thing.
