Tried an IPTV service on the ONN box. Credentials always fail. Other players work fine. I know there are better players but the user likes XCIPTV. I’m a bit confused. XCIPTV, credentials works on a 4k Firestick, not on the Walmart box.
Problem seems isolated to the ONN box. Any input would be appreciated. Using XSTREAM credentials.

Yeah…odd one for sure… downloaded it from the Rapid App Installer and the Google Play Store. Same results…
I did find this while checking around… Did you install latest all version ?
And what login did you choose under XCIPTV? Try the XC login, that’s working fine.
If you use the m3u file instead of XC, then use the MPEGTS instead of HLS variant but best is the XC login
Hey @Money If ya give me a few I’ll throw an XC player on my ONN. Before I do tho, are those credentials tried & true?
Used XC codes…version 5.0.1…no luck…bout ready to return this thing…

Credentials are good…worked on other players…just the onn box…using the service for quite a while…works great…with and without Surfshark active…

OK…downloaded an XC copy from the RAI…entered my xtream code/username/password & it fired right up…so…it’s looking like yer problem may be something else…? 
@pangaeatech I think do… I just tried Tivimate and it worked fine. What’s really odd is my remote volume works when pushing the plus and minus button. The mute button does not work. Everything is updated to the latest versions. Maybe I will start from scratch and do a factory reset.
By the way I appreciate everyone’s help…

joined a new iptv provider,entered the XC info and fired right up
I can’t get mine to work on my firestick . I had to use the app I’m getting my service from . Any ideas ? I have Uninstaller and re-installed it . My VPN is on .
I download xciptv app off Google play store and can download eye pee tea vee no problem
