Went to downloader, accessed my yahoo email and downloaded some pics for wallpaper, they went into the download section for wall paper, however each one I pick is rotated 45° to the left.
I figured I would try and work around and put in an already rotated pic so it would end up correct, still came out the same, how can I rotate the wall paper so it isn’t sideways.
Try resizing to 1900x1200 and see if that helps
On the television or the ONN box
the picture itself. Use a photo editor like gimp or photoshop, resize it and export either as jpg or png
The onn box does not have that resolution, jumps from 1080 -60hz to 4k2k -24hz
It worked! Did not have 1900x1200 but got close, thank you very much
I had one that did that. All I did was rotate the pic and saved it to my desktop on my laptop and then used Send Anywhere to send that pic/file to my device. Then it was stored in my X-plore and I could have Wolf access that file from there.
My issue is this. I have used Walpaper Cave in the past with no issues. I had to reset my box and lost all my apps. I reloaded them amd decided to use WPC again. I download but it states it is not supported on this device. it has a .bin extension on it and not sure if this is the problem. Thanks
Can you find the file in your file manager. If so, is your launcher setting pointing towards that file?
The file is there in file browser app but doesn’t show in xplore app. I never had this problem before. I go into launcher settings, open up wallpaer and go into internal storage and nothing. I do remember before the image landed in to the internal storage
There’s actually nothing in my launcher storage labeled as Mount point:/storage/emulated/0
Is this Wolf launcher?
Yes. I know Wolf has had some issues and this might be one.
Sorry, I uninstalled my Wolf Launcher just a few weeks ago and can’t remember exactly the wallpaper settings. Although, I believe I just went to the settings and grabbed my wallpaper from a file.
Is there anything (files) listed in the Wolf settings under wallpapers. Any storage files at all?
I made my own wallpapers using my pc and most likely sent my finished product to my device via the Send Anywhere app. Then that file was stored in my X-plore file manager in my Send Anywhere folder. However, I would look in your download folder for your background wallpapers. A lot of my icons I use I download off the net and they will be store in my Downloader or download folders.
Btw, I didn’t get rid of Wolf because I didn’t like it. Wolf is great! But I wanted to use live wallpapers and found a launcher that will allow me to upload my own custom-made live wallpapers or upload from the the net.
It seems nothing was being stored because if I went into my file browser they showed up. Absolutely nothing in Wolf storage. I went into Projectivity and they have wallpapers but theirs. How would you download and save wallpapers from Wallpaper Cave? I see them really nice homepages that people build and kind of want to know how they do it
I usually just find what I like and download it. You can either download it from a browser such as Downloader, TVBro, etc and then it will be stored in your file manager in the Downloader folder or the download folder. (I use TVBro and X-plore), or what I usually do, because it is faster and easier to navigate, is to search and download on my laptop and then send the download file via the Send Anywhere app to my device and it will be store in my X-plore in the Send Anywhere folder.
Then go to your Wolf settings for wallpapers and grab it. Btw, Projectivy will let you upload wallpapers with their paid version.
