It’s always about the children, isn’t it. I live near Milwaukee and this isn’t even a blip on the local broadcasters daily subjects. This is merely a bald faced grab for donations from business lobbiests. I’ll be contacting my state senator to voice my opposition to this privacy invasion.

How about having parents be parents and monitor their children? When did we decide that we had to have government step in and control every part of our life?

A law like this would appear to cross Fourth Amendment interest under the United States Constitution. A VPN is a privacy based technology. Accordingly, a warrant may be required for each individual if they want to compromise privacy. I don’t think such a broadly sweeping and invasive law would survive constitutional scrutiny.
