No. Ipvanish doesn’t offer wireguard config files for routers. I have a router with Merlin installed that I use via wireguard.
Yes, it can be installed but you will need to use either OpenVPN or IPSEC but those will be very slow compared to WireGuard.

Asus routers with newer firmeare for VPN Fusion supports wireguard. I use merlin a 3rd party firmware that has supported it for some time.
Has anyone actually tested this new wireguard router for Surfshark induced download reductions? More specifically in a home wifi set up where another router using Surfshark as an app on an iptv box experiences slowing from 300 to 50mb? Thanks
I haven’t used this router, but I have a high end gaming router using surfshark via wireguard. It’s super speedy compared to the app no matter what vpn service I’m using. Surfshark was actually the fastest.
I was using the SurfShark VPN app on each of my ONN IPTV boxes, but the main issue was that they couldn’t access storage (for recordings and configs) on my PC, which was not on the VPN. By using the “VPN Fusion” (WireGuard) SurfShark client built into my Asus AX-58U (v2) router, I can connect the IPTV boxes to the VPN at the router while still providing storage to them on my PC outside the VPN on the local LAN. Works perfectly!
