That’s exactly what it’s perfect for. Believe it or not it has 2x USB A ports and 22x USB c ports. I have a 256gb micro SD slot in it but never download anything . I just needed someplace to put the card as my new phone doesn’t have a micro SD card slot. I ended up having to upgrade to the model with 512gb of storage on board and it costed $1400
