Will Troy's Forks allow a build?

Have a nice Kodi installation with the add-ons (TV, etc) I normally use. Would like to add a second Kodi app just for a sports build. This is on a Win laptop … but I understand using BlueStacks Emulator Android apps are OK. But if I download a Troypoint fork, will I then be able to insert the build Troy recommended a few months ago for sports? Thought it better to ask before trashing what I already have.

I cannot answer directly for a Windows machine, but on Android devices the TP fork does not replace the Kodi that is presently installed.

So you can install whatever builds or add-ons on the fork that you wish and it is independent of the original Kodi

Oh, shoot, that’s right! Thanks! A build is installed as if it was just another addon, so it only affects the fork you add it to.
