I am using a Oon TV box that keeps kicking me out. Can you give an idea on how to correct this issue?
I think you are dropping the internet on your onn TV box . If you used your google account from your phone to set up your account for the onn box. Then you have to keep your phone and your onn box on the same side 2.4 low side or high side of your router. I hade the same problem with my onn 4k pro, When I did that it will now stay connected to wifi , Good luck
I have an Onn 4k and it loses wifi connection and then doesn’t show any networks. I’m really confused why it does this. Any help.is greatly appreciated.
It could be a few things
The distance and strength of the wifi to the device.
The router is not working properly
The Onn needs to be set up in a better location to get a better signal
The Onn is defective or needs to be reset.
What is your set up and signal strength?
I am probably missing a few things as well.
My signal strength is good as it sits by and extender. I’ve done the unplug for 5 minutes and factory reset.
How good is the extender? New? Old? Is the Onn set up the get the right signal from the extender?
extenders are notorius for bad connections and if I had to bet its a 2.4 ghz. 5G will help but even so the extender is most likely causing all your issues. If possible try another network connection and see if that helps. Process of elimination
@cgibson007 , move your Onn further away from the extender, sometimes to close is not a good thing, this may not help, but certainly can’t hurt to try….
