What Streaming Devices Do You Want Me To Review?

How about the Buzztv vid stick ST4000 looks to be their latest. $80 2GB ram and 16GB memory.

How about Bluetooth remotes for stick and Android boxes?

Buzztv boxes to me look like the best of the iptv croud. I know Troy gave the XRS 4900 high marks and ive watched Chigz youtube video so many times my head hurts :joy: I really really want one :grimacing: Chigsz highlights the iptv interface and its like iptv porn :sunglasses:

Ya I saw the 4900 had pretty much the same specs as the new XR5. Aren’t they about the same price? Why wouldn’t you go for the XR5 I128 ?

both are nice, the claim is the 4900 is their flagship product.

Oh the “flagship”, aren’t we getting fancy. :motor_boat: :computer:

Did the Ugoos UT8 Pro ever arrive? I’m real curious about your review on this box.

I would like to see your review on Super Box 3 pro

Love how everyone bashes those “Cheap China boxes!” Maybe it’s just me but I’ve been running 2 of those T95Z Plus “Cheap China Boxes” (4+32 Amlogic, gigabit) over 5 years strong now. Never shut em off, never had any issues other than having to reboot every now and then. Never spend 2 seconds worrying about storage. Running Multiple KODI Builds + Tivimate/2 IPTV services + Streamio. I keep waiting for them to Break down and my “Still boxed” Firestick 4K (Backup IF needed!) is starting to get a considerable layer of dust on the packaging but these T95Z Boxes are like the Tom Brady of Streaming Boxes

Hi there. Thought you might like to know I bought a Zidoo Z1000 Pro media player a while back and advised Troy on how well it worked for me in getting my extensive dvd & Blu-ray library digitized and organized. If you get one for that purpose, it’s great. Just don’t get one for use as a streamer as you will only be able to connect your streaming device through HDMI and get a small Picture in Picture window. The available apps for this device are also very limited, and you must invest in a good hard drive to store your media, along with a formatted dvd/Blu-ray disc drive to go with a disc burner program like WinX or Leavo. To get it to work, it takes some outlay of dollars.

Thanks for your review. I tried the smaller version and while it worked ok I figured I could build what I needed at less cost. All I was wanting was basically a dvr as I dont really collect. I delete most things after viewing. I accomplished it actually several ways using channels dvr, emby, a mini pc and an external 5tb hard drive. The channelsdvr works well and I have yearly sub to try it out. Im very impressed with it but eventually I will be using just emby on the mini pc with storage. ChannelsDVR has comskip which I like and just waiting on emby to implement it.

Indeed good info is always welcome. Maybe someone would be interested in the Mecool Ka1? , A Fire Cube alternative for the Android crowd.

The BuzzTV XRS4500 (4gb ram/32gb memory) costs less than the 4900 and works just about as well. I have one in the family room and my primary device is a 2 year old Ugoos AM6B Plus (4gb ram/64gb memory) in the living room. Both are great streamers and run flawlessly on their 1gb LAN ports

I see the Amazon link goes to a page not found warning. Maybe Amazon read Troy’s review.
