I have installed external storage on Walmart’s 4K ONN device. I followed the You Tube video and what I am confused about is at the end of the process does USB Debugging need to be turned back on??? I got bufferring at first so I need to know which of these Apps should not be run through external storage? I have Kodi and my VPN running on Internal Storage.
