VPN on but TroyPoint shows I am being tracked

??? Don’t know what for a fact? If you mean regarding Troy not tracking us, I do know for a fact.

You have access to the backend of his website? Let’s be honest websites and apps were collecting data and information long before it was known to the public.

Lol. You are amusing. What I do or don’t know about Troy’s backend is Troy’s business and noone else’s.

Yeah I trust no online forums or websites or apps they all take your information if you don’t know how to be careful. Track me all you want my IP randomly changes on a timer

If you’re using Chrome, it uses its last known IP. Your real one in this case. What I did to get aroung that is to get the Nord VPN Chrome extension. Now you need to start your VPN both in Chrome and in your computer

I looked for other posts but didn’t see any. I guess I’m the only one that doesn’t like being told that my IP is exposed when I’m roaming around Troypoint. Sometimes it’s the banner on the bottom of the screen. My Wife has been using them for 7 years and I started 5 years ago. It doesn’t seem to happen on any other sites. I attached a screen shot, mostly so I don’t have to see all the replies telling me that I’m probably not connected. lol Maybe I should have sent it to Surfshark. Hmmmmm

Howdy!

You’re connected, Surfshark is proving it doesn’t track your history.

Assuming Surfshark lets you set multiple locations at once on different devices, do what I do with my hallowed NordVPN…

Use the fastest connection possible from your “civilian” devices, On your streaming server, use anything BUT that ultra “civilian” connection. Like Miki’s advice, start the day switching your server conneciton to a new VPN address. You’ll find Surfshark echos this new VPN (saying daily you’re unprotected and giving the city you chose for connection!). This proves it’s working!!!

We like the NordWhisper VPN, which mimics ordinary web traffic & bypasses sites that normally block VPN traffic. Get lost in the crowd…
