Recently I have become unable to watch sling using ipvanish (I am in Mexico) . Does anyone know of another VPN it would work with?
No, turn off your vpn or split tunnel it to use sling. Sling is a paid provider and probably has issues with vpn.

Sling (way back when I used it) used to work with a vpn…times change tho. Try different servers and you might get lucky with another ip.
When you boot up Sling and have a VPN enabled a pop-up will appear telling you to turn off your VPN to be able to connect.
Easiest way to avoid this issue is to use the “Bypasser” and add ALL verified (legal) apps. This way you won’t need to constantly disable your VPN and if you use one of those “Dots” you won’t be distracted by a red warning sign flashing on your screen.
