Thanks @hotwheels for that info. I installed the trial for Voco, and is was a NoGo! It said I had “no internet connection” when…ahem…it is working just fine. But hey… maybe it was a glitch on their end who knows? I tried both their app and Tivimate, ensured I triple checked the credentials I entered, and nothing worked.
I emailed them about it, so maybe Ill hear back. If I do and get it going, Ill surely report it here to let folks know. Before I get LAMBASTED again by someone here who maybe affiliated with their service, IM NOT KNOCKING IT (how can I when I cant get in yet!), I’m just reporting what happened to me please and thank you!

Did you have your VPN off or on? I’ve added info for the first time before and it wouldn’t work, and then I tried turning my VPN off temporarily and then it worked.I was also able to turn my VPN back on once I had the service officially logged into Tivimate.

Doubt a VPN would be causing connection issues. I don’t use a VPN and was never not able to play streams, connect to a service, etc…for not having a VPN anywhere

I did try it with vpn on and off, rebooted, cleared cache, all the usual suspects, it did not matter. Im thinking they sent me the wrong credentials as that has happened to me before. No bigee I just wanted to try it out and see if it would occupy my backup to my backup slot! Thanks though for sure!

Followup as Promised: I notified Voco of the issue and while creating a ticket, noticed a chat option. Explained it to them via chat, and they were more than glad to issue a new (updated) downloader code along with new credentials to get the trial going. Both worked great and im testing now. So far I really like their neat, quick and consise app (although I still love TiviMate) and the ease of creating favorites works awesome. Available channels are on par with the best of em, as Im a sports guy and with what they offer, im pretty sure they have it covered. This may just be my new go-to and ill “cull” the laggards in my seemingly ever-growing collection of services!

I tried Voco for 1 month subscription. In the process of downloading it wiped out my KroozTV information. I requested a refund that same day and they said they would honor that. Whoever did this in accounting actually added another equivalent amount instead of a credit. They haven’t yet corrected this so I am out $30.42 and sharing this to make folks aware that Voco is a clone of Krooz and don’t play well on a the same device (in this case was a ONN 4k Plus device).
