This is why I have no loyalty to any cellular service. They hate you for being loyal and saving yourself money. They want you to be loyal and keep paying more.

Unless you are restricted by available towers none of them really offer anything different expect the price/plan and the “extras” that they want to take away.

Totally agree, Tmobile requires you to link you debit card or bank account to get the $5 savings. They also increase plan price by $5. So, I paying $10 more for my monthly plan. However, I must say I always receive great customer service when I call and its a person.

Totally ridiculous

FYI. With Tmobile, just have a debit card(I use a Paypal one with $0 balance) on file, and pay a few days early with your credit card to still get the Autopay discount. I’ve done this for close to a year.

Tmobile has been hacked several times. I get a letter from tmobile almost yearly, informing me that my account information was breached. My personal and VISA information was exposed each time. One of those times fraudulent charges were made as a result. I will never link a debit card connected to my bank account to autopay. Its not worth it to me to just save $5.

They’ve all been hacked multiple times.
That’s why I keep a debit card with zero balance on file. I’ve got six lines so it saves me $30 a month.

How do you have a debit card with a zero balance?
