I’ll break down and buy a vpn next week sometime and then I will be able to get a better appraisal of USTV 247.
For now I am watching one of the Omen movies on AMC using USTV 247 and the video is playing flawlessly without a vpn activated.!

I’ll give it a shot. Give me a couple of minutes.
Ok so no vpn AMC connected and buffering every 3-4 seconds. Connecting to AMC in Ola TV Y63 it plays flawlessly, even without a vpn, no buffering.
Here’s my update. I turned on USTV 247 this evening with my freebie Proton activated to whatever server they chose. I then proceeded to check every single channel that I knew required a VPN to be able to watch. These are the same channels I tested earlier today that loaded but buffered a ton. Tonight every single channel load properly and played flawlessly. Even all the sports channels and premium movie channels! Watching ESPN b-ball game without any disruption whatsoever!
I checked my speed using Analiti and my speed was about 2 to 3Mbps…that is not a typo! So I have to believe that this Proton is whacko, because there is NO WAY in hell I could stream ANYTHING with a speed of 2 Mbps. Yet every single channel that required a VPN load quickly and played flawlessly!
I stopped using USTVGo & USTV247 because of that. Instead use http://live94today.com/
known as 123TV Now.
There is an ad nag bottom left box for NORD VPN but it kills when you click on the small x top right of the box. Now I use Brave Browser which has a good ad blocker so do not know about any other ads which may be bad ?
I checked it out; it’s ok, but somewhat limited. The problem I have with it, is there is no apk app. Therefore, you need to watch it on a browser. I don’t like to do that on my TV. I prefer clicking an app and go. Also, these types of streaming are more geared towards laptops and tablets Tried it on my phone and it was totally useless.
I guess it’s easy enough to put in favorites or bookmark it. Just in case you might want to use it sometime. For me I have my USTV 247 app on my phone and TV with just one click away from viewing.
Watching it now on my TV and the video is running flawlessly. Checked it out on my phone and got same results.
Fyi, i downloaded the freebie version of Proton VPN and for whatever reason it works and is compatible with USTVGO 247. I only use the VPN on the few channels it is required to do so. My IPVanish sub just expired a week ago and was thinking of going with Nord before I had even heard of USTV 247. But I’m a stubborn old codger and now because USTV 247 is trying to coerce you into buying their product to use their product. I will keep the freebie Proton, and might get Express, or SurfShark. Only because I don’t like being scammed into buying something!
That’s the 123tv feed. Quite useless imho. Way better links to get free live channels.
Try: oklivetv.com
I thought so too, but was trying to be polite about it. There are waaaay too many other far superior sites to go to. He should reall y look into that Ola TV, and start packing his favorites. Just wish Ola had an guide to go along with it.
Anyway, I have to stop downloading so many services, iptv sources, and M3U URL’s. It’s getting out of control, becoming an obsession!
Morning.
I have been using Kodi for yrs.
Basically for PPV and movies.
Just got X88 Andriod box to use IPTV service to watch TV in my mancave .
Would love to hear back from U with tips and tricks .
PS …I am in Canada
My tip and tricks is to read, read, read, search search and more search. These ppl here are amazing and if you have a question, search for your topic first, as there is a chance your question has already been asked and answered. For example:
What is an xtream code? So search for xtream code, look through the list and read any you think would help. Then ask if you can’t find what you need.

Thank you for those words. We R in Canada and it costs a tone of money to have cable Tv and internet. We have 2 Tv’s on Bell Fibe service .
So, being part Scottish thought the Andriod box thing would allow me to have Tv and movies in my mancave without adding big $$ to already hefty cable bill.
I got an Andriod Box from Amazon . X88 Pro it says .
Spent some time reading and watching YouTube videos.
So, stumbled onto Troypoint this morning and thought why not ask >
Have a GREAT Day
Useless ? Has the Major providers, news stations & a decent number of major cable only providers.
If I wanted access to 400 or more stations including large city news only channels or adult only content you are right & 123TVNOW is not the place to go. I generally do not stream much TV outside of a couple news channels personally but have used it for ESPN & SEC more than once. Stream quality was good.
Apologize if I didn’t scour the web for the best available with the most channels which would be accepted by everyone & which will accept adblockers. I never disable adblockers.
Yes Useless. As this is from MY point of view, and experience, yours may vary. I should have put a disclaimer on my statements. Oh and your are correct it does have all that stuff, but if you can’t access it, then to me that makes it useless.
“DISCLAIMER” : The preceeding statement is made based solely upon the users personal experience, and should not be taken as definitive. Your experience may vary.
Look into USTVGO 247
USTV 247 for Android - APK Download (apkpure.com)
I downloaded it on my phone, tablet, and Shield. It works great for me. Has about 100 good quality streams from a variety of venues. It even has a TV guide ! The only negative I have experienced so far is on a few (very few) channels a VPN is required. They are trying to sell you Nord VPN, but I stumbled across a freebie VPN totally by chance. It’s called PROTON VPN, and even though it’s a free version ; it worked!
Btw, I only use the VPN on the few channels it’s required. Otherwise I don’t use one at all. Also, you will most likely need to use a mouse. I use Mouse Toggle, and I also use the Nvidia Remote Control App. Both work well.
