Is it possible to connect a Fire Stick to a website so that an audio book can be listened to?

Yes. One way is to use the Silk web browser. If you don’t have it, download from the app store and install. Open Silk and type in the url to the web site where your audiobook is located. Scroll to the desired audiobook and click. Your audiobook will play. I sometimes access LibriVox for free public domain audiobooks, works fine.
