OK.. just figured it out.. one of the apps on my ONN boxes with some malware.. probably flix vision is trying to access the location hence the USB debugging error, I can uninstall the malicious apps and it stops. i like the malicious apps though lol. and I use a VPN and a bogus email account.. so steal away my fake data and fake location.. i require the USB debugging for the TDUK DNS switcher app for the global ad blocker so i can get tubi and roku without ads. I install the TDUK DNS switcher app enable the DNS ad blocker.. then go back to develper options and disable USB debugging. ad blocker still works. and no more error message. tada. you are welcome..
