Every time I try to log into the AMC+ app I get “passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include letter and number”. My password has 9 characters and includes letters and a number. I can log into AMC+ on my computer but not on the Firestick. I was watching Sundance earlier with no problem. I restarted, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still having the problem. Is anyone else having an issue?

Disconnect your device unplug and let it rest, plug back in and retry, paid apps shouldn’t be doing this. If everything is correct I’d contact their support team.
I also did this and it still says my password must be 8 characters. Will try their support team. Thanks for the response.
