Had Nowt on firestick and am now (no pun intended) being notified that it is not available for this device.

I assume you have a Subscription? Are you sure you have a compatible Firestick? Go to their site and check. If you still don’t have any luck contact their customer service. Also be sure if trying to install that whatever you are using has “install from unknown sources” enabled.

I do have a subscription. The odd thing is it used to work on my firestick. It only now does not. I have hunted high and low to find out how to contact Now and have been unsuccessful so far.

I don’t get a message when I click on your Avatar. However, unbelievably, I have now managed to install it on my firestick. I uninstalled the version that was no longer working and downloaded another one. Lo and behold it worked. Thanks for your help on this matter.
