I attempted to download Syncler from the Troypoint toolbox and it goes to the connecting screen and spins. Tried on different days and unplugged the firestick. I uninstalled Downloader and tried to re-install but got the same result. Tried DL from Amazon app as well. Now I have no DL and no Syncler. I have Surfshark running as well. Wondering if this is a common problem. I’ve been streaming for several years and am very appreciative to Troy and your followers. The instruction has been incredible.
Try deactivating Surfshark and then install through Toolbox again.
Maybe it’s Amazon blocking it
Interesting. Thanks for the info. This also explains why I can’t get TIViMate to install correctly on Firestick, but works perfectly on ONN. Also can’t get XCIPT to load properly either. When it will load, the update schedule just spins and repeats. Again, Thanks!
Thanks for the reply Miki. I have used the tutorial but it is the same process I have used over the years. I have run Syncler in the past but deleted it as I now use Stremio almost exclusively. As previously stated, when I get to the Download selection on Troypoint, it says “Connecting” but stays in that screen and never connects. Wondering if I need to replace the Firestick, although that seems unlikely. Never had any problems like this before. Could Surfshark running block my downloads?
