I call that box Raw Power, ive never had any issues with it period. As Troy says its for iptv streamers, it loves the wolf, no launcher manager needed.
Yeah looks cool to me except the price but it is worth it I’m sure.

Price is right were it probably should be but like to see it cut in half. Then it would be on ! may still never know ! It’s a one stop shop !

If you want in with a ugoos look at the X4pro box. 4gb ram/32 storage, amlogix 905x4, root availiable but like Troy says its not needed because the box is already fully open. I have 2 X4pros and they are very nice. They have a samba server built in and what ive done is attach a 5gb hard drive and turned it into a mini smb nas.

Very happy with mine I switch back and forth with my shield and the ut8 just had to have it and is a very nice backup . Really ashame to use as backup. 
I know what ya mean…hard to remove the shield off the mantel 
…I will say the UT8 is the best built box ive seen that works…I have a buzzX5 thats well built on the outside, its the inside with issues 
I still use a Firestick as I know so little about any other devices. I appreciate your candor about the UT8. It doesn’t sound like a good value for your money. I am not tech savvy enough to add a thumb drive to expand my capacity on my Firestick. I need to review older videos of yours to see if I can figure out the software directions to apply to the hookup. I appreciate you sharing your knowledge to help us understand about tech streaming.
