Got the new update today on my AM9-Pro…v2.1.0 and nothing to report, all is well…and as a side note Real Debrid seems to be re-populating 
Turned mine on about an hour ago and got the update notification.
I don’t normally apply updates straight away, years of experience has taught me to wait just in case the updates f-up something (yes, Microsoft, I’m looking at you!).
This time I was slightly distracted and told it to update - luckily everything seems OK
Mine still won’t update the v 2.0.9. Just sits there as previously mentioned. I half a$$ed sending UGOOS Support an email through their website and not even sure I was paying attention enough that I did it right. Never did get a response.
Box works fine. Why deal with this TODAY when I can kick the can down the road a while? I’ll deal with it eventually.
Hi Grace. Try turning developer options off(if on), reboot and see if you can update.
Ugoos update - oh boy! Am awaiting the iminent delivery of an AM9 Pro to replace our 12 yr old Minix Neo-U1 which works great but there is only so much you can do these days with Android 5.1.
Also have a Shield Pro for the 90" Sony in the basement and have been waiting for Nvidia to release a new version of the Shield to upgrade both boxes but for the sake of domestic harmony decided to bite the bullet and go with the Am9 Pro for now.
Spent a couple hours yesterday on the deck preparing a MOP for Ugoos and found Troy’s 1st impression of the AM9 extremely helpful particularly with the TP community feedback!! It was time to get educated and up to speed with the current state of streaming technologies and TP is my go to source; the depth, interest and wide expertise of the community can’t be beat.
Currently running Smarters Pro with 2 different sources, so this box will be serious overkill but I’ll be free to confidently experiment with the many options available and take advantage of this hardware platform to stream well into the future.
Everything looks and sounds better in 4k, lol!
