Never would have guessed this but after a separate hookup and comparison on my 75” TCL, I found my newer Ugoos AM9 has a better quality upscaled picture than my SK1. I believe this is due solely to the newer S905X5 processor, as both boxes have the same AI and picture upscaling settings options. Don’t get me wrong. The SK1 is a great box, but the AM9 outdoes the SK1 on upscaling, even though the AM9 does not have DolbyVision. The AM9 costs less also.
