I’ve loaded tvimate with a couple iptv sites and everything is there including epg but no video or audio. Any suggestion would be appreciated. I can use the iptv stand alone but really like tvimate as I’ve used it for years on my firesticks. Sincerely, rcp.
I don’t have a ugoos but did you check on permissions? Just a suggestion.

Ive put tivimate on ugoos ut-8, x3 and x4 boxes and all work without issue.
I hear you may be an expert on ugoos am7 box. I was a firestick guy but i have a ugooos and taught myself how to download several apps including iptv smarters pro which works with my iptx services. I subsequently downloaded tvimate and added my iptv services but they won’t play. The channels populate just like my firestick but won’t play. I must be missing some setting so any ideas would be much appreciated. Sincerely, Reno.
Maybe try playing on an external player. You have that option available in Tivimate. I’m thinking if your iptv provider uses a dedicated player. Maybe the stock player in Tivimate is missing some sort of a codec.
Also, reach out to your provider and ask if their m3u, epg, or extreme codes are compatible with other players, such as Tivimate.

That am7 has great reviews however ive never tried one but I do like ugoos products and to start imho the box should play tivimate or any other app just fine. 1st question is this tivimate a premium version that you own? 2nd question … have you checked all permissions and granted tivimate access?
I’m thinking maybe he has service where the iptv is dedicated to that service’s player. I’ve seen a few providers that use their own proprietary supplied player and the url is not compatible with other players.
Anyway, that is the direction of my thinking.
Just to follow up on my problem and suggestions. I do have premium tvimate and it works fine on my firesticks. I gone through and have settings set just like my firestick. I have given tvimate all the permissions i can find. I guess I’ll just use iptv smarters but really appreciate all the suggestions. Sincerely, rcp
i’m guessing you have under 5 or no more than 5 devices on this account?
…and if you are sure it is setup correctly, I would un-install and re-install one more time …or try force, stopping and re-starting. No reason it shouldnt work. The ugoos box however is not a firestick and actually is more friendly with settings but still different.
