Anyone that utilizes this feature for security on there account MUST keep their backup codes, for some reason if you get a new phone or lost your account to use the authenticator and dont have your back codes on you, you will lose access the account and nothing staff can do to get it back.
SAVE your backup codes! It will be the only way to gain access to the account. This has come up a few times already and i cant stress this enough, DO NOT lose your backup codes, this includes patron accounts. You will lose your patron status and account.
