Did uou upload Tivimate Companion nerd to logon * refresh
You had 8855 as well. Those numbers are backwards from mine.
When I cleared my data I did have to log back in with Tivimate, but once you login you should be able to see your existing device to select it. As opposed to doing it as a new device and using up 2 of your 5 available devices. Does that make sense?

Yes, once I logged back into my account I just selected my device from my list of available devices

Let me know if that url works or not. Like I said, I think I tried it and double checked everything about 4 times before it actually went through for some reason.

They sent me a new server link. Try using http:portal5458.com:8080 it worked for me .

Thanks for the portal! Seems to work, but the fact that I got no response from them is worrisome.
They were slow but they generally responded to me
Finally got a response after 24 hours. Got the new app and url, and so far so good!

I don’t know where they are located or how big their staff is but they usually do answer you.
Doesn’t seem TIVIMATE is working anymore with Sapphire. I’ll just use the new app and hope for the best

The URL changed and I’ve seen tons of different ones. The one they gave me is different from all the ones I’ve seen posted here, including the one above. Best thing to do is to submit a support ticket and ask them for the new URL.
