You can try the free stuff using TiViMate premium, although in the last 2 years it has become more obvious that a paid IPTV service may suit ppl better, and be more reliable. You can also use Stremio and set your language to turkish.
turks list is a stand alone app you can use down loader or an apk to load it google search it for file to use
