Stupid question, but here it goes. Reset my box back to factory settings. No biggie because I really don’t have a bunch on it. Just added the important ones. I did downloan and install the Toolbox and last night it worked, even though I had a devil of a time scrolling. Now it thinks I’m a bot and of course it wants the captchas. Problem is I don’t get a keyboard and I can’t use the keyboard on my remote. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Did you use Downloader by chance?

The biggest problem is scrolling down the page. It highlights everythin and will go down but it’s weird

Try using a browser instead.

I had the same problem on my Box using Downloader. Couldn’t scroll down even changing my remote to the mouse pointer. Easily solved by opening it on the Browser on my Box as Papa said

I just tried it and it took me to Troy’s Toolbox. Make sure you aren’t using that imposter Downloader app, and make sure it is updated. Also just make sure you don’t transpose the 9 and 3 when you put it in, I’ve made that mistake before.
